All tenants enjoy walking in a fresh clean environment it sets the tone for the tenancy encouraging regular maintainance to ensure standards are maintained. In addition to our carpet, upholstery and commercial daily cleaning service we are pleased to offer a full end of tenancy cleaning service. We can provide a limited service to just carpeting or floors or if you prefer a full internal property clean. This would include bathrooms, bedrooms, full kitchen clean (oven/hob/cooker optional) and reception rooms. Internal windows, doors, surrounds, skirtings. High level dusting, sweeping and vacuuming. External site clearance and out building, garage clearance available on request.
Our end of tenancy service is available to housing associations, letting agencies, estate agents, private landlords and residents or tenants.
